Production Time
Production time varies depending on the product ordered.
- T-Shirts: 5–7 working days
- Custom Goods: 7–14 working days
- Stickers: 5–7 working days
- Eggshell Stickers: 14–21 working days
Production times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume and production workload.
Orders may be completed earlier during periods of lower production volume.

Shipping & Delivery
We ship across Malaysia and worldwide.
Domestic and international shipping are available. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please check the shipping fee at checkout before placing your order.
Return & Exchanges
All artwork must be checked and approved by the customer before production begins.
Once the artwork has been approved and printing has started, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged due to changes of mind, design errors, spelling mistakes, or incorrect artwork supplied or approved by the customer.
However, if there is a production error on our end, such as printing the wrong design or incorrect specifications compared to the approved artwork, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
